Technical Paper Program Resources

Thank you for contributing to the Geosynthetics Conference 2027. This page will help you prepare your submission, presentation and guide you through key deadlines and requirements.

Authors may submit either an extended abstract or a full paper. Please review the template for requirements for each option. Accepted papers and extended abstracts will present onsite in Reno, NV, Feb 21 – 24, 2027.

Paper & Extended Abstract Submission

Templates & Requirements

All submissions (papers or extended abstracts) must follow the official conference template. Download the paper template here. First drafts are due July 24. To upload, log into your submission here.

Presentation Guidelines

If your paper or extended abstract is accepted, presentations are due Jan. 6, 2027. PowerPoint presentation format is wide screen (16:9). All presentations must be on the conference PowerPoint Template. PowerPoint template will be available Fall 2026. Company logos may only be used on the first and last slides in the presentation. Trademarked terms and product names must be avoided and generic terms used in their place. Presentations must be submitted in PowerPoint format.

Individual presentation time allotted will depend on how many papers are in each session.

Presenter Registration Requirements

At least one author of each paper must be registered for the conference by Jan 6, 2027.
