Women across the geosynthetics industry bring diverse experiences and perspectives from engineering, manufacturing, installation, research, consulting, education, and other areas of the profession. This interactive roundtable will provide an opportunity for women and industry allies to connect, share experiences, and discuss ways to strengthen the Women in Geosynthetics (WIG) community.

Rather than a traditional presentation, the session will encourage open conversation among participants about professional development, mentorship, leadership, networking, career advancement, and increasing engagement within the geosynthetics industry. Attendees will be invited to share challenges they have encountered, lessons learned throughout their careers, and ideas for creating stronger professional connections and opportunities for women at all career stages.

The discussion will also explore the future of Women in Geosynthetics, including potential networking opportunities, mentorship initiatives, educational activities, and other ways to maintain engagement beyond the conference.

The goal of the roundtable is for participants to leave with new connections, practical ideas, and a stronger sense of community while helping shape future Women in Geosynthetics initiatives.
